Acute Care Facilities in The Dalles, OR are looking for Sonographers / Ultrasound Techs to join their team for a 112 -day travel assignment with the potential to extend.

Requirements:
Education: Completion of an approved School/Program for Sonography
Experience: 2 years of recent experience
Certification: Registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
Current BLS Certification


Duties and Responsibilities:
• Spread ultrasound gel on the surface of the patient’s body covering the internal area being imaged.
• Perform the ultrasound ensuring the transducer (probe) is capturing images of every angle/section that must be assessed.
• Record anatomical, pathological, and/or physiological data for interpretation by a physician.
• Maintain patient records and add medical notes related to the ultrasound procedure.
