The Healthcare Recruiter will be in partnership with a team of Staffing Managers and Recruiters and is responsible for the recruitment and support of temporary healthcare professionals. Individual should have a strong work ethic that is dedicated and committed and looking for a long term professional career.
Your Contribution: • Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates • Builds and maintains relationships with candidates • Evaluates and interviews applicants based on a consistent set of qualifications • Recruits applicants through strategic selling • Promotes benefits of working with PHR and transform potential candidates into new hires • Manages follow-up and relationship with all candidates to ensure retention, loyalty and development of new business • Seeks and utilizes new methods of attracting candidates • Stays current on healthcare staffing industry trends and requirements • Attains and contributes to individual, team and company goals • Prospects new and old leads • Spends quality time on the phone evaluating, recruiting and building relationships • Establishes and maintains communication and rapport with healthcare professionals to encourage a long-term working relationship with the company • Extracts new leads/business from current clientele, i.e. references and referrals • Works in collaboration with staffing managers and recruiters • Additional duties as assigned by Management
Your Experience: • Effective negotiation skills • Excellent customer service skills • Basic computer skills • Strong internal and external communication and phone skills • Minimum of two years’ experience direct sales • College level education (Associates Degree required; Bachelors preferred) Preferred Skills: • Persuade and influence verbally and in writing • Manages time effectively and achieve work goals independently • Ability to manage multiple details in an organized and efficient manner
