Preferred Healthcare Staffing is seeking a competitive and professional Recruiting Assistant to join our Team. This is an entry-level role with tremendous potential for upward mobility into a Healthcare Recruiter role. The Recruiting Assistant is responsible for supporting the administrative needs in recruitment and placement of a healthcare professional.

Your Contribution: • Contact and document HCP professional references • Work closely with Recruiters to compile candidate information and prepare profile for experience audit and submission for recruiter to submit to Staffing Manager/Account Manager • Work closely with Credentialing to follow-up with HCP to receive timely documentation for submission and on-boarding • Contact and follow-up with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to assist with housing and other travel coordination needs, such as identifying potential housing and transportation options • Gather assignment details from Recruiter to prepare Assignment and Extension Agreements • Send internal Notices with each HCP action (i.e. New Hire, Rehire, Extension, Change, etc.) and enter assignment data into applicant tracking system • Follow-up with HCPs regarding missed hours and collect missing timecards.
