The Healthcare Recruiter will work in partnership with a team of Staffing Managers and Recruiters and is responsible for the recruitment and support of temporary healthcare professionals. Individual should have a strong work ethic, dedicated, committed and looking for a long term professional career.

Your Contribution:
· Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates
· Builds and maintains relationships with candidates
· Evaluates and interviews applicants based on a consistent set of qualifications
· Recruits applicants through strategic selling
· Promotes benefits of working with PHS and transform potential candidates into new hires
· Manages follow-up and relationship with all candidates to ensure retention, loyalty and development of new business
· Seeks and utilizes new methods of attracting candidates
· Stays current on healthcare staffing industry trends and requirements
· Consistently attain and contribute to individual, team and company goals
· Attains and contributes to individual, team and company goals
· Prospects new and old leads
· Spends quality time on the phone evaluating, recruiting and building relationships
· Establishes and maintains communication and rapport with healthcare professionals to encourage a long-term working relationship with the company
· Extracts new leads/business from current clientele, i.e. references and referrals
· Works in collaboration with staffing managers and recruiters
· Additional duties as assigned by Management

Required Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· Minimum of one year experience direct sales
· Effective negotiation skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
· Strong communication and phone skills
